LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the software shall remain the property of Nikunj Sanghvi. Your use of Turbo Start is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement. Your use of Turbo Start signifies your acceptance to ALL of the conditions in the agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you are not entitled to copy, install or use Turbo Start.

  1. Free of charge software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We give absolutely no warranties of any kind.

  2. We owe no liability of any kind due to losses sustained by the use of TurboStart. TurboStart is not meant to be used in critical applications. You must determine that the software sufficiently meets your requirements.

  3. You may make copies of, and distribute the software in its unaltered form, provided all files and this license are kept intact. Without express permission, TurboStart cannot be distributed for a fee.

  4. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

  5. You may not rent, lease or otherwise transfer rights to the software

  6. You may not remove any proprietary notices, copyrights or licenses on the software.

  7. This agreement will TERMINATE if you contravene any of the terms contained in it. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software that you possess.

  8. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the copyright owner.

  9. This agreement is governed by the laws prevalent in INDIA; and is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
If you use Turbo Start on a website (which includes an intranet), your use is further subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions listed above:
  1. In return for Turbo Start granting you a license to use its Turbo Start search software on your website, and access to it by the users of your website, you agree to display the advertisements of Turbo Start's sponsors which will be shown automatically by the program.

  2. You shall NOT modify the software - its source code (in HTML, Java, JavaScript or any other language) or the compiled code without the express prior permission of Turbo Start.

  3. You shall not interfere, in any way, with the mechanism of displaying ads in the program's interface as well as the links to the sponsor's website.

  4. We also reserve the right to revoke your license at any time by issuing a written communication to that effect, explaining the reasons for the revocation. Upon revocation, all your rights under this license shall cease and you shall not be authorised to use Turbo Start on your website.
